PowerFin Partners, a Texas-based solar developer for solar projects, created the no-cost program SolarHost SA. The program aimed to dramatically increase the use of solar energy in San Antonio and make rooftop solar systems more accessible to homes and businesses across the city.
CPS Energy partnered with PowerFin to make SolarHost SA one of its Simply Solar offerings, designed to expand its energy portfolio. While SolarHost SA had been operating in San Antonio since 2015, it was time to increase public awareness throughout San Antonio, especially amongst key stakeholders and potential solar hosts.
Aguillon Creative was tapped to develop and implement a strategic Marketing and Public Relations plan that would ensure SolarHost SA increased its brand awareness and consumer reach.
Our strategic plan identified three areas of support that needed attention: community outreach, public relations, and marketing. After a review of existing marketing assets, Aguillon Creative identified opportunities to improve SolarHost SA’s marketing portfolio. We looked at improving, redesigning, and creating new programs for the Web, Social Media, Multi-Media, and Collateral platforms.
