Benefitting Kitchen Campus – Chef Johnny Hernandez

For its 10th and 11th Annual celebration, Aguillon Creative was contracted to work in close proximity to Chef Johnny Hernandez, CEO of Grupo La Gloria to produce the Paella Challenge benefitting Kitchen Campus. Kitchen Campus is an organization created by Chef Johnny Hernandez, to promote the correlation between today’s youth and their inclination towards a culinary career path.

The Paella Challenge is an annual event, and includes a culmination of approximately 32 local and world renown chefs, over 15 vendors and 13 local high school culinary programs coming together to provide a one-of-a-kind culinary experience to event goers.

Aguillon Creative supported Chef Johnny by collaborating with select vendors ranging from food and drinks, to staging and AV to ensure we provided event goers an experience that not only met but exceeded their expectations. We coordinated the public relations efforts which included pop up events at Paramour and the CIA. In addition, we were responsible for the social media outreach and worked with local influencers to further the reach of this amazing experience, which is the brainchild of Chef Johnny Hernandez.
